Jenny Smith is the founder of Mould Avoidance Consultancy, helping individuals across Australia with CIRS and other mould or immune-related conditions create safe, healthy indoor environments. With over 45 years of experience in HVAC and indoor air quality—working with clients ranging from NASA and CSIRO to everyday Australians—and her own lived experience with CIRS, Jenny offers a rare combination of technical expertise and personal insight.

Jenny developed the “Glass House System,” a proven method for controlling air quality, temperature, and humidity to support recovery from environmental illness. This system has been successfully implemented in various locations across the country.

Certified in mould testing and analysis, Jenny also provides virtual consultations, in-home assessments, and a suite of self-paced online courses that teach clients how to maintain mould-free environments—from HVAC systems to vehicles and appliances.
